24 hours Cancellation Policy
Your appointments are very important to the team here at Dia Beauty Studio. Your appointment is reserved especially for you and, while we understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, we respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services.
No Show Policy
Our salon is committed to providing exceptional services. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice (at least 24 hours notice), they prevent another client from booking an appointment. This is why we have a no-show policy that imposes a fee valued at 50% of the entire cost of the missed service. This fee is required to be paid within 7 days or before booking your next appointment.
We'll make sure you're set up for text/email/phone reminders. All you have to do is show up! Please make sure to keep us in the loop with new phone numbers as you update them.
Booking fees
50% booking fee is required at time of booking, the remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment. If you need to change your appointment your deposit will transfer unless failure to comply with the cancelation policy, will result in losing your booking fee. If you have to cancel your appointment you will have the choice of transferring the booking fee to your account for a future appointment.
Payments
Cancellation fees and booking fees can be paid by cash, bank transfer, and via online booking system using card.
Treatments can be paid by cash, bank transfer or by debit/credit card.
Late Policy
Please be respectful of our stylists time and the time of other guests, late guests may be asked to reschedule, with an incurred fee as we require extra time between all appointments for the extra sanitizing measure we are putting into action.
We value your time, and reserve your appointment just for you. If you're more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled start time, we can't guarantee to have time to complete your requested service.
Children
We do allow Children in our salon but we are a fully licensed premises and also do offer a range of relaxing treatments. For Health & Safety reasons we do politely ask that you consider leaving Children at home if you can. Little hands can get into mischief especially when eyes cannot be on them, the salon contains chemicals and equipment not safe for children.As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised 0-4 yrs old children in the salon.
Packages and Prepaid Treatments
Packages and Prepayment of treatments are non-refundable, but may be transferrable or redeemable for credit for use against other treatments. This is at the discretion of the Salon team.
Service guarantee and refunds
Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours after your service has been performed. We are committed to making any needed corrections and if there was a fault on our side, to offer you a refund.
Right to refuse the services
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
