Salon Policies

We want every visit to Dia Beauty Studio to be a relaxing, enjoyable experience. 

To ensure the best experience for all our clients, we kindly ask that you read and follow our salon policies before booking your appointment. These policies apply to both in-salon and online bookings.

 

Booking & Deposits 

Your appointments are very important to the team here at Dia Beauty Studio.

    •    All appointments must be secured with a non-refundable deposit.

    •    Online bookings are paid in advance and are non-refundable if cancelled with less than:

    •    24 hours’ notice for general salon services

    •    72 hours’ notice for aesthetic services (facials, injectables, advanced treatments)

    •    Appointments are not confirmed without a deposit or full payment.

Appointment Reminders

    •    You will receive an automatic reminder 24 hours before your appointment, as long as you have provided us with correct and up-to-date contact details (email or phone number).

    •    Please double-check your contact information when booking to ensure you receive your reminder.

Managing Your Appointments

    •    Clients can view, manage, and reschedule their appointments directly from their account on our website.

    •    If you are unable to make changes online, please contact us directly with at least:

    •    24 hours’ notice for general services

    •    72 hours’ notice for aesthetic services

    •    Cancellations outside these timeframes will result in 100% of the service fee being charged.

No-Shows & Late Arrivals

Our salon is committed to providing exceptional services. We value your time, and reserve your appointment just for you. Unfortunately, when one customer fails to show up without giving notice, they prevent another client from booking an appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled start time, we can't guarantee to have time to complete your requested service.

    •    No-shows will be charged the full cost of the missed service.

    •    Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment cancelled or rescheduled, and 100% cancellation fees will apply.

    •    Please contact us as early as possible if you are running late.

Children 

We do allow Children in our salon but we are a fully licensed premises and also do offer a range of relaxing treatments. For Health & Safety reasons we do politely ask that you consider leaving Children at home if you can. Little hands can get into mischief especially when eyes cannot be on them, the salon contains chemicals and equipment not safe for children.As we are concerned with your and your children's safety, we strictly prohibit unsupervised 0-4 yrs old children in the salon.

Packages and Prepaid Treatments 

Salon Packages and Prepayment of treatments are non-refundable, but may be transferrable or redeemable for credit for use against other treatments. This is at the discretion of the Salon team.

Promotional or Marketing Voucher Bookings

  • Vouchers must be presented at the time of your appointment, either digitally or in printed form.
  • Promotional or marketing vouchers are not valid for couple’s treatments and must be used for individual appointments only.
  • Vouchers must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted unless otherwise stated.
  • Missed appointments using a voucher will be marked as redeemed and cannot be rebooked or rescheduled.
  • Vouchers are valid for one-time use only and may not be combined with any other promotions or discounts.

 

Service Guarantee & Refund Policy

Your satisfaction is our highest priority. If you are not completely happy with your service, please let us know during your treatment or within 24 hours of your appointment.

While we do not offer refunds for services rendered, we are committed to making things right. If there was an issue with the service provided or a fault on our part, we will gladly offer a correction appointment at no additional charge.

We value open communication and will always do our best to resolve any concerns in a professional and timely manner.

Right to refuse the services

Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.

Salon Etiquette

To maintain a clean, relaxing, and professional environment for all guests:

    •    No pets allowed (with the exception of registered service animals)

    •    No smoking, alcohol, or drug use on the premises

    •    No food is permitted inside the salon

    •    Please speak respectfully and keep phone calls to a minimum

Change of Policies

These policies are subject to change with little to no notice. Please follow us on all social platforms for the most up to date information.
