Dear Fatou , thank you for your feedback and for your loyalty (since October 2021). We are sorry to hear that you were frustrated by the process of installation our new Beauty machines that took place during your hair removal treatment in the other room. If the owner were informed it could not happen and we think this doesn’t mean that the atmosphere in our Salon is not professional after checking all cameras to understand where was the problem (taking into consideration that you didn’t have a massage or facial treatment at that moment).

The salon was very clean and smart. Zahara was very careful and attentive and made a very good job of my nails. My first time with BIAB and I'm really delighted.

Hazi is the best nail technician I’ve ever had. My gel nails are always perfect and I always enjoy coming into the this warm, friendly salon!
