So, you booked online for a full head colour and cut long hair, you saw all our prices, but for your dark hair our hairdresser explained to you that need to be bleached as you were looking for a light red colour, that means not 2 but 3 services. Our hairdresser gave you the option as alternative, of foils, followed by a tonner, so, we didn't try to sell you foils twice as much but we counted all services that you could do and asked for. Regarding the receptionist and the drink offered to you, our receptionist made all possibility to arrange all deals with the old customer and after asked and offered you a drink, that placed on the trolley and made sure to move your phone before placing the drink down. He even moved the trolley to you to make sure you didnt spill it.
